WAGLER: Menno K. - passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, June 9, 2024. Menno K. Wagler was born 88 years ago a son of the late Solomon and Fannie (Kuepfer) Wagler and step son of Sally (Petersheim) Wagler. He was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.
Beloved husband of the former Katie Kuepfer who predeceased him April 16, 1999.
Dear father of Raymond and Madelene Wagler, Viola Ebersol all of RR#1 Newton, Irvin and Kathy Wagler, Murray and Wendy Wagler all of Millbank, Leonard and Laura Wagler of RR#1 Milverton, Emanuel and Elizabeth Wagler of RR#4 Listowel, Charles and Kathy Wagler of Poole, Carl and Anita Wagler of RR#2 Atwood. Lovingly remembered by 42 grandchildren and 68 great grandchildren. Also remembered by his sisters Lydia and the late David Kuepfer of Chesley, Catherine and the late Ezra Kuepfer, Dorothy and the late David Kuepfer and the late Earl Kipfer and brother Joel & the late Lydiann Wagler all of Listowel and brother-in-law Joseph Zehr of Lindsay.
Predeceased by 1 stillborn son Alexander Wagler (1980), 2 grandsons Merlin (1996) and Mahlon Wagler (2000), 1 son-in-law LeRoy Ebersol (2014), 2 great grandsons and 4 great granddaughters, brothers Aaron and Fannie Wagler, Enos and Mary Wagler, Solomon and Lavina Wagler, Jacob and Dorothy Wagler, Elam & Mary Wagler, Elizabeth and George Bast and Daniel Gerber and Rudy Wagler, Cora & Noah Kuepfer and brothers and sisters-in-law Aaron & Muriel Kuepfer, David & Sarah Jantzi and Elizabeth Zehr.
Relatives and friends may call at the family home 4004 Line 76 Newton on Tuesday after 1:00pm until Wednesday at 5:00pm. Funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 9:00am. Bishop Murray Kuepfer officiating with interment in the 7th Line Amish Cemetery, Wellesley Township.
