Raymond Donnie Andrews, age 77 passed away Thursday June 6 at home with his family. He is survived by his children, Ronnie Andrews of Bastrop Louisiana, Donnie Andrews of Branson Missouri, Howard Andrews of Modesto California, Tammy Andrews of Hope Mills North Carolina, Darin Andrews of Afton Oklahoma and sister Geri Thompson of Monroe Louisiana.


Preceded in death by daughter Linda Andrews and wife Ann Andrews.


Mr. Andrews had 12 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Mr Andrews was a resident of Bastrop Louisiana for over 60 years. He w a s a contractor that built subdivisions and family homes for the residents of Morehouse parish. Acelebration of life will be planned for July in Monroe Louisiana.


Mr Andrews will be remembered by family and friends for his compassion, big heart and fun loving nature. He lived his life through his children's life experiences and hobbies.. He was a veteran after serving in the US Navy. He retired in 2010 and lived with his daughter Tammy Andrews for the past 4 years. He will be deeply missed and remembered everyday until we are all reunited again.
