Williamsport, MD – Marvin Lewis Harsh, Sr., 89, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, at his home.

He was born on September 6, 1934, in Sharpsburg, MD to the late Nelson Andrew Sr. and Thelma Catherine (Baker) Harsh.

Marvin was employed by Leroy Myers, Sr. Construction of Hagerstown, MD until his retirement.  He was a lifelong farmer on the family farm.

He was a member of Downsville Christian Church Downsville, MD.

He was also a member of Conococheague Tribe #84 IORM of Williamsport, MD and Funkstown Rod & Gun Club.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Virginia (Walck) Harsh whom me married on September 13, 1958; daughters Teresa A. Houser (Ronnie), Debbie S. Malott (Randy), and Patti M. Ramer (Kim); son Marvin L. Harsh, Jr.; sisters Thelma, Pearl, and Mary Rose; brothers Nelson, Jr., twin brother Mervin, Leroy, and David; grandchildren Bobbie Sue Bond (Glenn) and Jeremy Harsh, Sr.; great grandchildren Amber, Hunter, April, Jeremy Jr., Aria, Gracie, and Carson;Great great grandson Mason Lewis.

Services and burial will be private.
