James R. Bedard Obituary

It is with broken hearts that we announce that James Robert Bedard, 40, of Worcester, died unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2024.


James was born in Worcester and was the beloved son of Wendy E. (Martin) Hylton of Worcester and Bob Bedard and his wife Meg of Holden. He was educated in the Holden school system and lived most of his life in Holden. He graduated in 2001 from David Proudy High School in Spencer. He was employed as a customer service representative for many different companies,

including his last job at Better Business Bureau of Worcester. He was well respected by his co- workers.


In addition to his parents, James is survived by his aunt, Colette Donovan of Merrimacport, MA, his uncle, Greg Martin and his wife Astrid of South Carolina, many cousins, and acquaintances. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.


A graveside service for James will be held at Mountain View Cemetery in Shrewsbury at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. James will be forever loved in death as he was in life.
