Donna June Ross Obituary

Donna June Ross, 83, of Berlin, formerly of Hooversville, died June 7, 2024 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born June 2, 1941 in Hooversville, daughter of Kenneth and Lola (Rodgers) Ross. Preceded in death by parents and sister Dorothy Jean Ross. Survived by children: Stephanie (Alan) Johns and Stephen Ross; grandson Andrew Johns; brothers: Daniel (Wanda) Ross and Calvin (Faith) Ross; and several nieces and nephews. She was a 1959 graduate of Forbes High School. Donna was employed at the former Dorfman and Hoffman Sewing Factory for 29 years. She later worked at Grace’s Tavern and Siemon’s. Member of ILGWU and a life member of the Hooversville V.F.W. Auxiliary Post 7565. She loved animals, word puzzles, and spending time with her family. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until a funeral service at 12 noon Tuesday at Otterbein United Methodist Church. Pastor Joe Caola officiating. Interment Berkey Cemetery.
