Christopher Bowens Obituary

Christopher Bowens, known as Chris to all, was born in Suffolk, NY, January 1, 1963, to Evelyn McNeice and the late John Frances Bowens Sr. He passed away peacefully at Wake Med, Raleigh, NC.


He grew up in NY, was a Navy Veteran, and Master Machinist, who was an avid outdoors man that hunted, and trapped in his younger years, and had a lifelong passion for all types of fishing.


A true entrepreneur, Chris had a thriving Handyman Service and enjoyed, repairing, and building with his hands. He never met a stranger and had a strong love for family and all animals.


Chris is survived by his wife Teresa Franks-Bowens, daughter Christina Bowens, son Brandon Diaz, and grandson Keaton Christopher Diaz. mother Evelyn Kelly. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, Linda Bowens, Richard Bowens, Joanne Bowens, John Bowens Jr., nieces and nephews.


He will be missed dearly by all who knew him
