Warren Olney, 89, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2024. Born on May 30, 1935 in Chepachet, Rhode Island. Son of the late George A. and Mildred M. (Wilson) Olney. He was a lifelong resident of Chepachet.


Warren retired in 2004 from Conley Casting Supply of Warwick. He was a 60 year member of Friendship Lodge #7 F & AM, a Veteran of the US Air Force serving in the Korean War, and a member of Berean Baptist Church of Harrisville.


He is survived by his niece Robin (Olney) Macedo of Glocester, and cousins Kathleen Cabral of Glocester, Marjorie Fenley of Burrillville, Bruce Chase of Middleboro, MA, Anson Wilson of N. Grosvenordale, CT, and Charlene Holmes of Smithfield, RI.


Relatives and friends are invited to a graveside service on Friday, June 14, 2024 at 10am, in Acotes Hill Cemetery, Chepachet, following his cremation under the direction of the Tucker-Quinn Funeral Home. Calling hours respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Berean Baptist Church, PO Box 111, Harrisville, RI 02830.
