Mrs. Bonnie Lou Guenther, age 85, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2024.

 

She was born on October 1, 1938 to Russell and Martha (Greenhoe) McConnell in Sheridan, MI.  Bonnie worked as a Secretary for Michigan National Bank. She married Frederic "Fritz" Guenther at St. Patrick Catholic Church-Parnell. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church-Parnell.

 

Bonnie is survived by her daughter, Becky (Roman) Aguilar; three grandchildren, Heidi Angelini, Cindy Lowry, Roman Aguilar, Jr.; four great grandchildren, Alexandra, Owen, Abigail, Conner, Hudson; brother, David "Marti" McConnell; sister, Judy Wolverton.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Martha McConnell; husband, Frederic "Fritz" Guenther; two daughters, Cindy and Heidi Guenther; sister, Birdie Dalton.

 

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 11, 2024, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church-Parnell, 4351 Parnell Ave., NE, Ada, MI 49301.
    

The Mass of the Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, 11:00 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church-Parnell with Father Tom Cavera, presiding.

 

Burial will take place in the St. Patrick Catholic Church Cemetery.

 

Memorials are suggested for Holy Sacrifice of the Mass intentions at St. Patrick Catholic Church.
