Frances Jean Rheal Obituary

Frances “Fran” Jean Rheal, 81, of Paden City, WV left this world on the next part of her journey on Thursday, June 6, 2024 while at Wetzel County Hospital.


Fran was born December 31, 1942, in Clarksville, TN daughter of the late Thomas E. and Evelyn (Rice) Presley, Sr.


She was an animal lover and has been known to care for dogs, cats and birds. Fran volunteered, for many years, in ambulance service. She volunteered as an aide for a short period of time and as an Emergency Medical Technician for many years. Fran was a Christian by faith.


In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two granddaughters, Shasa and Vaness Rose.


Surviving is her son, Mark (Krista) Rheal of Corry, PA; two daughters, Susan Rheal of Medina, OH and Joyce Rheal of Pinckneyville, IL; siblings, Thomas E. Presley, Jr. of Fort Wayne, IN and Nancy (Roy) Raudabaugh of New Martinsville, WV; four grandchildren, Chris, Brandon, Talia and Kathryn; four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.


Friends received 4-7 p.m., Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at the Jarvis Williams Funeral Home in Paden City, where services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2024 with David Benson officiating. Burial to follow in Northview Cemetery.
