Terry Lee Gallagher, age 75, of Carson City, passed away Tuesday, June 4, 2024, in the comfort of his home surrounded by his family.

He was born on July 21, 1948, in Carson City, the son of Donald “Buck” Gallagher and Frieda (Hancock) Gallagher. Terry married Pauline Schrauben April 4, 1970, in Carson City, Michigan, and they raised three children together. Terry proudly served in the Army and was a life member of Lyons VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, traveling, collecting rocks, off road trail riding and time with family; he especially loved sharing a Busch Light in a blue can with family and friends.

He is survived by his wife Pauline Gallagher; three children, Nicole (Bob) Suchek, Heather (Ben) Adkins; grandchildren, Aiden Adkins, Arija Adkins, Karyssa Suchek, and Kylie Suchek; a great-grandson on the way; and a special Grand Pup, Stella; brothers, Tom (Michelle Cashen) Gallagher, and Tony (Rose) Gallagher; sisters, Cindy Gallagher, JoAnn (Lowell) Gallagher-Daniels, and Rose Gallagher; brothers-in-law, Lloyd Loomis, Steve (Judy Sheaffer) Schrauben, and Dan (Carol Ann) Schrauben; sisters-in-law, Mary (Dale) Freund, Barb Jackson, Donna Patton, Betty Shinabarger, Carol (Al) Leasher, Anita Schrauben, Janice McCallister, and Alice Churchill.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Tim Gallagher.
