Aleia Carmelita Hall-Lopez Obituary

Aleia Carmelita Hall Lopez 51, was born to Melanie G. (Hill) Hall and Timothy R. Hall on February 28, 1973. She grew up in the Pittsburgh Public School System, attending Sunnyside Elementary, Madison Elementary, Milliones Middle School, and Schenley High School. Aleia went on to graduate from the University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in social work.

After facing initial challenges in her career, Aleia found employment at UPMC Community Care, where she progressed to become an Executive Assistant II at UPMC Western Psychiatric. In 2022, she also started working as a cashier at Home Depot in Avalon.

While her professional accomplishments were notable, Aleia's true passion was her family. She was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her love for the holiday season, especially Christmas, was contagious, and she made every occasion a joyous celebration. Aleia was the friend/family member that you knew you could depend on for encouragement and support.

Aleia is survived by her children, Angeleia Faith Hall, Leilani Timia Anahi Lopez, Ethan C’leio Hall; Ex-husband, Rigoberto Reyes Lopez (Honduras), parents: Melanie G. Hill-Hall (mother), Timothy R. Hall (father), and Lyvonne Parker (stepmother); siblings, Suzanne M. Hall, Ashley Symone Hall, Julian R.

Hall, Jamar Garrett, aunts and uncles: Esther Hall, Patricia Hall, Sandra Hall, Joseph Hall, Raymond T. Hall (Gail Hall), many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends who are like family.

Aleia will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will remember her as a constant source of encouragement and support. She was the rock that held her loved ones together, and her absence will be dearly feit.
