Graveside Funeral Services for Pauline Langley Davidson, age 97, of Pearlington, MS, who passed away at her residence, Saturday, May 18, 2024, will be held Monday, May 20, 2024, at 11:00 am at Mill Creek Methodist Church Cemetery, Laurel, MS.


Bro. Jim Allen will officiate at the Graveside


Visitation will be Sunday, May 19, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 10:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Pearlington, MS. Bro. Jacob Gill will be saying a few words about Pauline.


Burial will be in Mill Creek Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home.


A native of Laurel, MS, Pauline was born December 21, 1926, and lived over seas when she was young for 6 years. She traveled the world when she was able. Pauline loved to read, work puzzle books, watch Western Shows on TV, and spending time with her family and friends. She will be truly missed by her family and friends.


She was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Cumire Walters Langley; her husband, Paul Leland Davidson; her granddaughter, Sharlene Brooks Boyet; and her son in law, Max Brooks.


Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mary Lou Brooks; her grandsons, Johnny (Yvonne) Brooks of Pearlington, MS, Lamar (Melissa) Brooks of Mobile, AL and Steve (Carla) Brooks of Dickinson, AL; 13 Great Grandchildren, 23 great great grandchildren, 4 great great great grandchildren.


The family would like to give a special thank you to the Inhabit Hospice Team for their loving care of our mother and family during this difficult time.


Pallbearers will be her great grandsons: Eddie Brooks, Dwayne Boyet, Justin Brooks, Heath Brooks, Jason Brooks, and Adam Duncan.
