At rest Sunday, May 12, 2024

Survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Dorothy (nee Ludden); his children Laura (Peter) Kohl, Kenneth (Mia Clark) Resh Jr.; his grandchildren (their Papa) Rachel, Lindsey, Alyssa, & Ken. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Edward and Lillian; his brothers George (Dolores) Riha and Frank (Mildred) Riha; his sisters Lillian (Norbert) Serd and Marlene (Maurice) Coburn.

Ken had a 40-year career at Argonne National Laboratory and proudly served in the Marine Corps.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 4:00 pm-8:00 pm at Anderson Memorial Chapel 606 Townhall Dr. Romeoville, IL., funeral services Friday May 24, 2024, 9:30 a.m. from the funeral home to St. Andrew the Apostle Church 505 Kingston Dr. Romeoville, IL. for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. where Ken and Dorothy were long- time parishioners.

Interment with full military honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL Friday, May 24, 2024, at 12:30PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ken’s name would be appreciated to American Lung Association or Lightways Hospice Care in Joliet, IL. Anderson-Goodale.com
