Allen Frederic Boyne Obituary

Allen “AB” Frederic Boyne

June 9, 1956 – April 25, 2024

With heavy hearts we would like to share that our brother Allen, has passed away due to health complications resulting from a broken leg at Prince George Hospital, British Columbia on April 25, 2024.  Allen lived in Quesnel, British Columbia for the past 30 years but was formerly from Burtts Corner, New Brunswick, born June 9, 1956 in Salmon Creek, New Brunswick, he was the son of Frederic and Geraldine (MacRae) Boyne.

Allen lived his life to the fullest and everything that came with it.  He was game for anything, he was a    Packer for hunting guides and looked after their horses and all equipment that was needed for hunting trips up in the mountains.  He was a Ranch Hand and worked as a horse farrier and loved everything about being in the great outdoors, from swimming to working in the woods, hunting, trapping, fishing, panning for gold and riding his qaud.  He had a great passion for horses and loved his horse “Tilly”.   Even though he was paralyzed on his left side and spent the last 10 years of his life in a wheel chair he lived his life to the fullest.

Allen was predeceased by both parents Frederic and Geraldine (MacRae) Boyne, brothers Walter and Hugh, nephews William and Blake.

Allen is survived by sisters Juanita Morehouse (Blaine) Burtts Corner, NB, Leona MacIntyre (Frank) Windsor, ON and Phyllis Vezina Fredericton, NB, brothers Frederic Jr. Boyne Burtts Corner NB, Willard Boyne Kingsville ON, Neil Boyne Fredericton, NB and Andrew Boyne Oliver, BC.  Special Aunts Lydia and Dorothy along with several other aunts, uncles, cousins ,nieces and nephews.  Allen left behind many close family and friends.

The family would like to thank Pat, Joe and Dustin for all help and support.
