Daquan T. Middleton Obituary

Daquan Terrell Middleton was born March 31, 1987, in Bronx, New York, the beloved and only son of Mattie L. Hart Middleton and the late Paul Middleton.  Making his transition in the comfort of his family home in Columbia, South Carolina, he found eternal life, and peace in the arms of the Lord on Tuesday, May 14, 2024.

Reared in the same home, an environment surrounded by the love and support of his parents and only sister, Daquan was educated in the Public Schools of Richland County School District One, graduating from Eau Claire High School. “Boo Boo” as he was affectionately called by family and friends,  spent many of his early teenage years working in his late father’s business, Middleton’s Painting and Special Coatings, working as a helper, and learning the skills of his dad’s trade. Although he served in various other occupations just like his father, working in painting and construction seemed to be his trade of choice. Daquan was a loving son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend, who will be missed by all those whose lives he touched.

Mr. Middleton is preceded in death by his father, the late Paul Middleton.

Those who will forever cherish the precious memories of Daquan are his loving mother, Mattie L. Hart Middleton of Columbia of South Carolina; his only sister, Stephanie Middleton Patterson, also of Columbia, South Carolina; one niece; one grandniece; one nephew; two grandnephews; and a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.
