Stephen "Steve" C. Paige Obituary

Stephen “Steve” C. Paige, age 59, of Harbor Springs Michigan, passed at his home on March 11, 2024.

Steve was born on August 3, 1964 to Charles and Karen Paige.  Steve attended school in both Petoskey and Glen Lake, where he graduated.  After graduation Steve spent over 30 years working for his cousins at Matthews Nursery in Harbor Springs. Steve was one of the biggest sports fans ever.  He was especially fond of football and would have family plan holiday meals around his preferred teams game time.  Steve was also an animal lover and had many four-legged best friends through the years.

Steve was well known by many for his friendly smile, hardy laugh, and all-around easy-going nature.  Steve was usually always in a good mood unless the Lions lost.

Steve was surely loved and will be forever missed by his sister, Kristin Divito, brother Charlie (Deanna) Paige, brother-in-law Tim Davis, nephew Kyle Campman, and nieces Amelia and Karis Divito.  Steve will also be dearly missed by his best friend (and personal taxi) Valerie, along with many extended family members, former coworkers, and friends. Steve was preceded in death by his father Charles Paige, mother Karen Guy, and sister Kendra Davis.

A grave side service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery in Petoskey, MI at 11:00am on Saturday August 3, 2024 followed by a celebration of life on what would have been his 60th birthday.  Inspired by Steve’s love of animals, family members would ask that any monetary gifts be given to Little Traverse Humane Society.
