<p>Nanette “Nan” Werner, 72, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Nan was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Brooklyn, New York, in 1951, Nan graduated from Richmond Hill High School in 1970. She married her soulmate, John Werner, in 1973. In 1988, Nan and John moved from Rocky Point, New York, to Hazlet, New Jersey, where they continued to build a life full of love and happiness.</p><p><br></p><p>As a mother, Nan was unwavering in her mission to raise and guide her children well; And with their successes, she found immeasurable happiness. Nan took immense pride in her role as a grandmother. She found great joy in spending time with her grandchildren, Patrick, Ryann, Riley, JT, and Chase, and her love for them knew no bounds. She was a devoted fan of the New York Mets. Nan also adored her pets, providing a loving home to many dogs and cats over the years.</p><p><br></p><p>Nan is survived by her devoted husband, John; her adoring children, Alexis Condello and husband Pat, John Scott Werner and wife Kristi, and Keira Werner; her treasured grandchildren; and her dearest sister, Celeste Lokos. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.</p><p><br></p><p>Nan’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Her warmth, kindness, generosity, and unwavering love will always be remembered.</p><p><br></p><p>A Celebration of Life will be held in Nanette's honor on Sunday May 19, 2024 from 12:00pm-4:00pm at Evergreen Memorial Funeral Home 1735 Rt 35 Middletown NJ 07748.</p>

Nanette “Nan” Werner, 72, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Nan was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
