<p>Elizabeth Ann Heath, age 69, of Stantonsburg passed away Monday evening, May 13, 2024, at Wayne UNC Hospital in Goldsboro. A native of Greene County, Ann was born February 11, 1955. She was preceded in death by her mother, Elizabeth Smith Tyndall; step-father, Edward Lee Tyndall; and father, Charlie Heath.</p><p><br></p><p>Ann was a graduate of Greene Central High School and lived much of her adult life in Walstonburg where she was an active member of the Walstonburg Christian Church. Even as Ann’s health began to decline, she still strived to attend church. Ann avidly read her Bible, loved to sing, cherished her kitty “Princess”, and relished being the oldest child of the family so she could be the “boss”.</p><p><br></p><p>Ann is survived by her sisters, Debbie and Sarah, both of the home; three nephews, Anjel, Mark, and Abel; a great-niece, Anna Elizabeth; lifetime friends, Mary Toney, Marie Edmundson, and Bonnie Woods; a special caregiver, Pearla Heredia; and aunts, Doris Heath Sutton, Faye Moore, and Sadie Hill.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral Services will be held graveside 3 PM Friday, May 17th, at the Snow Hill Cemetery with Mr. Ron Turner of the Walstonburg Christian Church officiating.
