Marsha Faye Clapp Obituary

Funeral services for longtime Holdenville resident Marsha Clapp will be held on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Holdenville Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Jerry Orsburn officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Randy Osborn, Jeff Osborn, Joey Ellis, John Ellis, Newton Mulanax and Carl Lambert. Honorary bearers will be Gary Clapp, Clyde Collis, Scott Lane and Joe Ellis. Marsha will be laid to rest on her family property east of Holdenville. Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
Marsha passed away on January 28, 2011 at her residence at the age of 56 years.

Marsha Faye (Osborn) Clapp was born January 14, 1955 in Wetumka, Oklahoma to Cass and Obie (May) Osborn. She married David Clapp on December 9, 1974 in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Marsha was a member of the Holdenville Pentecostal Holiness Church and worked as a Heath Care Provider for many years. She enjoyed working cows, gardening, quilting, gunsmithing and spending time with her grandchildren. Marsha's greatest love was for her husband and family.

Marsha is survived by her mother, Obie Osborn of Wetumka; her loving husband, David of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Sean and Lisa Clapp of Holdenville; daughter, Sherry Mulanax of Tulsa; son, Gary Clapp of Tulsa; one sister, Brenda Morgan and husband David of Madison, Kansas; two brothers, Randy Osborn and wife Susie and Jeff Osborn and wife Thomasene all of Wetumka; grandchildren, Sarah Beth, McKayla Cheyenne and Lillian Faye Clapp, Newton Mulanax, Kelsie Mulanax and Amari Craig, several nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Cass Osborn.
