Lam Van Thai, a cherished husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 92. Born in Canton, China, Lam was a man of enduring love and dedication to his family. His memory will be cherished by his beloved wife Sieu Trinh, his children: Pam, Tom, Scott, Terry, and Vi, and his adored grandchildren.


Throughout his life, Lam found joy in taking photos- especially of his family. He loved to celebrate life be it family gatherings, vacations, weddings, or the birth of a new family member. He enjoyed to laugh and smile and always was one to make a joke. His love for his family knew no bounds, and he left a legacy of devotion and care that will endure through generations.


Lam was the epitome of hard work & grind and through that achieved the American dream. He was a successful business man that inspired many to pursue entrepreneurship. He exemplified perseverance, resilience, and strength.


Married to his beloved wife for 67 years, Lam's marriage was a shining example of love and companionship. Their bond was unbreakable, a beacon of strength and support for their family and all who knew them.


Honoring his life and legacy, a visitation will be held at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel on May 16, 2024, starting at 4:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service on May 17, 2024, at 7:30 am, also at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel. A Graveside Service will take place at Peachtree Memorial Park on May 17, 2024, at 9:00 am, located at 5051 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, where Lam Van Thai will be laid to rest. Join us in this opportunity for family and friends to come together to celebrate Lam's life and the legacy of love and warmth that he leaves behind.
