David Jean LaFlamme, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on May 8, 2024. Born on August 18, 1961, in Hartford, Connecticut, to the late Ernest LaFlamme and H. Claire (Mcdonnell) LaFlamme, he was one of three children raised in Unionville, CT.

Dave's journey was one of love, family, and adventure. After graduating from Farmington High School in 1979, he pursued higher education at Rhode Island College, where he earned his bachelor's degree. It was on June 7, 1991, that he embarked on a life-changing journey after posting on a singles magazine, leading to a date with Diane. Their love blossomed, culminating in marriage on April 17, 1993.

Settling in Northwood, New Hampshire, David and Diane crafted a life filled with cherished moments and shared passions. They were also formerly of Coventry, RI. An avid lover of the outdoors, David found solace in camping at Danforth Bay in Freedom, NH and hiking. Their home in Northwood Lake was a treasure where Dave loved fishing and all boating activities on the lake. His evenings were often spent under the stars, surrounded by his beloved family. A devoted fan of Boston and New England sports, he brought infectious enthusiasm to every game.

Professionally, David's expertise in computers and technology shone brightly. His work in senior database management showcased his tech-savvy nature and dedication to his craft.

Family was paramount to David, and he cherished every moment spent with Diane, their children, and his beloved Grandson where he was known as "Papi '' one of his favorite titles. His love knew no bounds, and he relished the joy of their presence.

David is survived by his loving family, including his loving wife of 31 years Diane, son Matt LaFlamme, his wife Jessica, grandson Bruce, daughter Daniell LaFlamme and son John LaFlamme. As well as his brothers Jonathan LaFlamme and his wife Lilly and Mark LaFlamme and his wife Sandra and of course his cherished dogs, Samson and Privy.
