Beattyville, KY- Mae Hall, age 77, wife of Danny Hall, passed away Monday, January 4, 2016 at her home in Beattyville, KY. Mae was born May 20, 1938, in Hindman, KY, a daughter to the late Farris and Mattie (Campbell) Roberts. She was housewife, loved being a mother and grandmother, and enjoyed quilting. She was “cookie grandma” to multiple children in Indiana. She was a friend to anyone she met and always ready to help anyone in need of food, clothes, or a shoulder to lean on.Along with her husband; Danny, she is survived by 3 daughters; Marlene Ritchie of Indiana, Lillie (John) Hall of Beattyville, KY, and Melody Frane of Hazard, KY, 4 sons; Denzil (Jodi) Ritchie of Irvine, KY, Boyd (Cathy) Ritchie of Kendallville, IN, Daniel (Lisa) Ritchie of Beattyville, KY, and Danny Hall Jr. (Ashlee Dean) of Kendallville, IN, 24 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren, 8 great-great grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 daughters; Teresa Denise and Helen Bowling, 1 sister; Mary Roberts, and 3 brothers; Willie Campbell, Reece Roberts, and William Campbell.Visitation will be held Thursday, January 7, 2016 from 3:00 to 9:00 PM at the Youth Haven Bible Church. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 8, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Youth Haven Bible Church with Pastor William Owens officiating.
