Booneville, KY Callie Mae Neeley, age 91, widow of Chelcy Neeley, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at the Owsley County Health Care Center in Booneville, KY.Callie was born in Booneville, Owsley County, KY on May 17, 1920, a daughter of the late Leonard and Martha (Bell) Neeley. She was a homemaker, and a member of the New Hope Baptist Church. She is survived by 2 sons; Bobby (Anna) Neeley and Ronnie Neeley both of Booneville, KY, 4 daughters; Bessie (Jesse) Yarber, Doris (Albert) Gumm, Phyllis (John) Ratliff and Violet Marshall all of Booneville, KY, 2 sisters; Dorothy Peters of Booneville, KY and Irene Smith of Ohio, 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren and 9 great great great grandchildren, along with many other loving family members and friends.Callie was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 son; Donnie Neeley, 1 daughter; Wanda Peters, 4 brothers; Charlie, Kenley, Leonard Jr., and Jerry Neeley, 1 sister; Nannie Gumm and 1 grandchild; Danny Yarber.Funeral Services will be held at the Booneville Funeral Home, Booneville, KY at 1:00 PM on Thursday, March 29, 2012 with Pastor Landon McDaniel officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 12:00 PM until time of service at the Funeral Home. Callie will be laid to rest in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Pebworth, KY.
