Booneville, KY - Kathy Ann Gumm, age 53, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2012 at her residence in Booneville, KY.Kathy was born in Booneville, Owsley County, KY on September 24, 1959, a daughter of late Willard and Nannie (Neeley) Gumm. She was a former teacher's aide for the Tice Elementary School System in Fort Myers, Florida, and enjoyed being outside tending to her flowers. She is survived by a special companion, Benny Gumm, 1 son; Jason (Rebecca Logsdon) Combs of Booneville, KY, 1 daughter; Kendra Combs of Booneville, KY, 1 brother; Bill (Margie) Hall of Booneville, KY, 2 sisters; Geraldine (Joe Bowling) Gumm, and Monica (Russell) Wilson both of Booneville, KY, a special nephew; Donald Ray Hall of Booneville, KY, 1 grandchild; Gabriel Jason Combs, along with many other loving family members and friends.Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, 5 brothers; Leonard Hall, Eddie Hall, Donald Ray Hall, Willard Jr. Gumm, and Ivan Gumm, 4 sisters; Betty Jean Gumm, Brenda Gumm, Rita Marshall, and Janet Gumm.Funeral Services will be held at the Booneville Funeral Home, Booneville, KY at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 2, 2012 with Pastor Garett Thomas officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, November 1, 2012 from 6:00 - 9:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home, Booneville, KY.
