   Phyllis Lane Moore Duncan, 74, of Providence, KY passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN.

   She was born June 20, 1949 in Madisonville, KY to the late Margaret Jean Poole Moore and Lawton Isaac Moore.

Phyllis enjoyed many hobbies including painting, crochet, jewelry making, and collecting rocks and fossils. Reading was another big hobby of her’s.

   She had a great love for animals and nature. Her artistic eye found beauty in the things around her.

   Phyllis is survived by her husband of 25 years, Roy Duncan; her daughter, Tammy (Chris Bullerdick) Lossner; her brother, Barry (Lynn) Moore; two stepchildren, Kevin (Brittany) Duncan and Kimberly Duncan; her nephews, Ryan Moore and Adam Moore; five step-grandchildren; and one step-great-grandchild.

   Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, May 18, 2024 at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church with Bro. Johnnie Davis and Bro. Ralph Alexander officiating. Burial will take place at Pleasant Valley Cemetery.

   Visitation will be from 11:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at the church.

   Memorial contributions may be made to Webster County Animal Care and Control in Dixon. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
