John Boylan Obituary

John Boylan of Brewster, NY passed away on Monday, January 13, 2020. John was a graduate of Manhattan College and worked as a farrier throughout New York and Connecticut for over 40 years. John was an avid fan of harness racing and owner and trainer of horses that ran at both Yonkers and Monticello racetracks. He was also a lifelong NY Mets fan. John is predeceased by his parents, Michael and Eileen Boylan of Mt. Kisco, NY (originally from Ireland). He is survived by his siblings, Eileen McGrath (Tom), Maureen Boylan, Mike Boylan, and Brendan Boylan (Danette). He was a loving uncle to his seven nieces and nephews, Tommy, Donnie, Erin, Maggie, Mike, Brendan and Sean, and his two great-nephews. Family & Friends are invited to Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc. on Thursday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm for visitation.
