Antoinette D'Agostino died Thursday, February 18th after a courageous fight with Alzheimer's Disease. She was born on July 2, 1939 to Louis and Adelina Perrotta in Mount Pleasant, NY. Ann also has lived in Somers, Armonk, Chappaqua and Danbury, CT. Ann was co-owner of D'Agostino Carpet for many years. She loved to cook, garden and to cheer on her five grandchildren and was a valued member of Holy Innocents Church in Pleasantville. Ann is survived by her daughter Louisa Jones and her husband, Robert; her daughter Patricia Talio and her husband, John; her daughter Nancy Sanford and her husband, Richard; and her son Bill D'Agostino and his wife, Carrie Nielsen; and her five grandchildren: John Talio Jr., Christopher Jones, Lauren Talio, Brian Jones and Celia Nielsen. She is also survivied by her sister Mary Filice and her husband Louis, and her sister-in-law Pat Perrotta, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by William D'Agostino, Sr., sister Josephine Santelli, brother John Perrotta, and sister Eva Muoio, and brother-in-laws Frank Santelli and Anthony Muoio. Family will receive family and friends on Sunday Feb 21st from 2-4pm and 7-9pm at Cassidy Flynn Funeral Home, Mount Kisco. Mass of Christian burial Monday 10am at St Joseph's Church, Somers, NY. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association or The American Institute for Cancer Research. Visitation Cassidy-Flynn Funeral Home Inc.
