Carol F. Flores Vranace Obituary

Our dear Sister Carol Flores Vranace, affectionately known as "Sister Carol' to her Church family, and friends, was called home to Eternal glory to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 26, 2015. Sister Carol's life was distinguished through her love for the Lord, her Church brethren, and in the Community she lived and served.Carol Flores Vranace was born on December 31, 1947 in Manhattan, New York. After her education, Carol worked for Fordham University as an engineer and retired after over 25 years. She was a faithful member of the Light of the World Christian Ministries International Dutchess Assembly. She sang with the Praise and Worship Team of the Church. Sister Carol was also a Board Member of the Round Hill Board of Managers of the Community she lived in and served. Her sudden and unexpected death at her house in Fishkill took us all by surprise. But as Christians, we know that Our Lord God Jehovah is Sovereign, and that He does all things well and beautiful. Our dear Sister Carol is in His eternal hands. Praise the Lord! Sister Carol leaves behind a host of special people in her life who certainly will miss her: Her Pastor Rev. Maureen Arku, Rev. Dr. Isaac Arku, the Praise and Worship Team, and all the Saints of the Light of the World Christian Ministries; the Round Hill Board of Managers' President Craig Kretzmer, Frank Russo, Christine Piteo, Craig Kimball, Josh Shoemaker and Christene & Vic Landi; her neighbors Hans Dohr, Linda Russo Cindy K., Sue M. Vicki T. and friends Geraldine and Richard Courcy, and special people whose lives she touched. Dear Sister Carol, we hold you close within our hearts and there you shall remain. To walk with us throughout our lives until we meet again. Rest in peace in the Lord, Carol, and thanks for sharing your life with us. We pray that God has given you the crown you've truly won.
