Fay J. Fink, 96, formerly of Oil City, died peacefully, Monday, May 13, 2024 at Elmwood Gardens in Erie.
Born March 19, 1928, in Franklin, she was a daughter of the late Wesley and Lucy McKean Brown.
Fay worked for many years as a nurse at Garmong Nursing Home.
Mrs. Fink had been a member of Hasson Heights Community Church.
She loved square dancing and decorating for Christmas, even winning awards for her decorations.
On June 25, 1947, she was married to Lewis C. Fink, who preceded her in death on April 3, 2017.
Surviving are a son, Dennis Fink and his wife Judy of Waterford; a daughter-in-law, Cindy Fink of Oil City; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Also surviving are three sisters, Ruby Devericks, Peggy Sterling, and Carol Schenburg.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by three sons, Lewis Jr., Ron, and Mark Fink; a sister, Valley Lee; and six brothers, Donnie, Bob, Sam, Teddy, James, and Dick Brown.
Visitation will be Friday from 10 to noon in the Morrison Funeral Home where a funeral service will follow at noon.
Interment will be in Grove Hill Cemetery.
