Jean Helen Domurat Obituary

Jean Helen Domurat, born on May 2, 1934, in Cambridge, MA, who passed away on May 8, 2024, aged 90. Jean was preceded in death by Frank Domurat, her loving husband of 40 years

Survived by her son, Frank Domurat(Gisele); daughter Diane Domurat; grandchildren Justin, Nathan(Katie); and great-grandchild, Bowie.

Though she began her career with just a high school diploma, Jean's passion for finance and investments led her to become an accomplished bank manager in the banking industry. Her dedication and hard work paved the way for her success, setting an example for all who knew her. After 45 years of dedication to the banking industry, she retired and moved to Richmond, VA to be closer to her family.

Jean loved nothing more than enjoying a good meal out, savoring the flavors and the company that came with each dining experience. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life and shared that joy with those around her.

Family will receive friends from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 17 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 4491 Springfield Rd., Glen Allen, VA 23060, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Jean’s final resting place will be in Newton Cemetery in Newton, MA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity close to your heart.
