Melita Stoneham, 84, died Thursday, May 9, 2024. Graveside service will be 11 AM Tuesday at Trinity Memorial Park at the Peace Chapel.

Melita was born on December 27, 1939 in Leah Lake, TX. She was a lifetime resident of Big Spring.

Melita worked as the office manager many years for Anderson Oil Company. She loved traveling, especially to Lake Tahoe. She was very active with aerobics and other physical fitness. She enjoyed time with her cats.

Melita is survived by her significant other: Larry Knight & his family including Cindy Read (Jim Bob) & their children Jordan Beedy (Taylor); and Taylor Read.
