Teddy Walker Obituary

Teddy Walker, 89, of Greenville, SC, beloved husband of Louise Walker, passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2024.


Born in Dayton, TN, he was the son of the late Thomas and Maude Potter Walker.


Teddy retired from a successful career in truck driving, having worked for King's Express, where he was known for his reliability and dedication.


Teddy was a wonderful husband, father, and grandfather. He was a man of great character, always placing his family above all else. He cherished time spent with loved ones. He will be remembered by everyone whose lives he touched.


In addition to his loving wife, Louise, he is survived by daughters, Ranae Waldrip, Kathy Hudgins, Deborah Pearson, and Gwen Noffz; four grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren.


In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Johnson.


A private graveside service will be held in Graceland Cemetery West .


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amedisys Hospice Care, 10 Patewood Dr., Suite 375, Greenville, SC 29615.
