Josefina Ayala Lewis Obituary

Josefina Ayala Lewis was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico, on July 22, 1941, to Jose Ayala Torres and Maria Burgos Torres.

She is survived by three sisters, Idalia Ayala, Flor De Maria Morales, and Olga Morales; one brother, Juan Morales; and six children, Mary Tapp Bush, William(Helen) Tapp, Robert(Joanne) Tapp Jr., Nora Tapp Sprague, Lloyd(Chre) Tapp, and Christopher Davis.

She was also blessed with thirty-four grandchildren, fifty-eight great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Witnessing five generations was one of her greatest joys.

Josefina was more than a sister, mother, and grandmother, she was a friend to all who knew her. She was dedicated to her church and her faith, God and Jesus Christ lived within her.

Josefina was always eager to help those in need in any way she could. To say that she touched the lives of many would be an understatement. Her loving heart, fiery spirit, and determination to walk in the path of God will be missed.

Josefina Ayala Lewis, while you walk with the angels, you will be missed here on Earth.
