Peggy Louise Miller, 85, passed away on April 29, 2024, at St. Vincent Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on September 12, 1938, to the late Leo & Margaret Tislow.

Peggy is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Barnes; son-in-law, Dan Winiger; her parents and many siblings.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, John Miller Jr.; children, Mark (Carolyn) Barnes, John Barnes, John Henry (Courtney) Miller III & Nancy Winiger; grandchildren, Tonya, Jake, AJ, Melissa, Allison, Breanna, Hanna, Robert, Mary & Michael; great-grandchildren, Cooper & Layne; siblings, Jerry & Sandy.

Peggy enjoyed canning, gardening, reading the Bible to John daily, daily word search, baking, and cooking.

The family would like to thank St. Vincent Hospital and staff, Dr. Christopher Woods, Nurse Jonni for providing exceptional care, and family friend Peggy Pixley.

Funeral Service 11 a.m. Friday, May 3, 2024, at PEMBERTON -BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME. 301 N. Main St. Lynnville, IN. Visitation 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, May 2, 2024, and from 10 a.m. until service time on Friday. Interment Hazleton Community Cemetery in Hazleton, IN.
