Cindi J. Marsan was born in Weymouth, Ma on June 12, 1944 to Beatrice Henderson Kelly and James Joseph Kelly. Cindi was their fifth child and was predeceased by three brothers Richard H. Kelly of Scituate, Ma., Donald J. Kelly of Duxbury, Ma., Robert D. Kelly of Marshfield, Ma., and is survived by Nancy S. Tobias of Nantucket, Ma., and Fletcher, N.C. She lived her early childhood in Norwell but moved to Marshfield where she lived with her brother Robert,(Bob), his wife Rosemarie and daughters Rosemary and Debbie. Cindi graduated from Marshfield High School in 1962. She was an entrepreneur and loved what she did. After she graduated from Northeastern University, with a Bachelor's and Master's degree, Cindi purchased a two family home in Medford, Ma. She later invested in a tile business in Hanover, Ma ,The Tile Showhouse, she was the design consultant for her customers and managed the business for almost 30 years until she retired to her home in the Holly Hill section of Marshfield, Ma.

Most importantly, Cindi was a sweet, kind and caring person with a wry sense of humor. She always helped people to feel special and never said an unkind word about anyone. She loved orchids, her cats; enjoyed her daily walks by the ocean, gourmet food and especially deserts. She was a bit of a gourmet cook herself. It was always a pleasure to go to her home for Thanksgiving dinner. Her passions were politics, fashion and beautiful fancy hats. She was closest to our brother Robert (Bob) and always went to him for advice, even though she did not always follow his advice.
