Mrs. Geneva Roberson McDuffie MeConnell, the daughter of the late Lonnie and Sarah Roberson, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Sunday, April 21, 2024 at Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church (Viewing from 1-2 PM), 97 Dry Branch Rd., Aiken. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her loving daughter, Donna McDuffie Holmes, while leaving to cherish many memories: her son, Sammie McDuffie, Jr. (Vivian); her grandchildren, Rochelle Myers (Rev. Craig), Tameika Valentine (Earl Jr), Yolanda Dortch (Kendall), Mario Thompson (Tracy), Sammie McDuffie III (Ryan), and DeAndra Thomas (Anthony); seventeen great grand-children; eight great great grandchildren; sister, Willeva R. Bush; brother-in-law, Russell McDuffie (Carrie Mae); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends. A special thanks to Crescent Hospice for their compassionate care.
