Ratliff City- Cremation Services for Mr. Donald McKee Botts, Jr., 90 of Ratliff City are scheduled with Alexander Gray Funeral Home of Ratliff City. An inurnment of his ashes and memorial service will be held at a later date. 

Mr. Botts was born at Shelton, WA to the late Mr. Donald McKee Botts, Sr. and Mrs. Hulda Jane (Dull) Botts. He went to his heavenly home on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at a nursing home in Ardmore. 

Mr. Botts was raised Shelton, WA moving to California in 1966. Don married the former Verna Earle in 1956 and they shared three daughters together and loved one another very much. Don worked most of his years as a nursing home administrator in Sanger, CA. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving honorably as an airplane mechanic for four years. He and Verna moved to Ratliff City, Ok in 2007 to be closer to their daughter, Sally and attended some church services at Living Word Tabernacle. He loved to attend swap meets, garage sales, thrift stores, read and watch the news. He also enjoyed watching his religious programs on television.

Preceding him in death are his parents and sister, Katherine Payte.

Survivors include his wife Verna (Earle) Botts; daughters, Donna Dean and husband Ronald, Susan Ying and husband Robert and Sally Clark and husband Keith; 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; numerous other family and friends.
