Dorothy Reagan, age 72 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, April 4, 2024.


She was a member of Red Bank Baptist Church. Dorothy had an accounting degree and managed several businesses throughout Sevier County. She was a loving wife, mother and nanny. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her daughters and grandbabies. Her favorite pastime was riding around with her husband, just spending time together.


She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years Shelby Reagan; father and mother Center Odell and Edith Ivey; brothers Howard, Bobby, David and Roger Ivey; sisters Francis “Bonnie” Sebek and Lee Ettie Ivey; nephews Daniel Norwood and Jimmie Greg; and brother-in-law Bobby Gene Norwood.


Dorothy is survived by her daughters Shelly Reagan, Summer Reagan-Parks (Michael) and Suzanne Reagan; grandchildren Oleander (Faye), Haley, Trinity (Dalton), Michael “Bubby” (Stokley), Kierstyn (Drew); as well as great grandchildren Timothy “Little Man”, Amelia and Jaxson. In addition, she is survived by her sister Diane Norwood; brother Mike Ivey (Kathy); dear friends Johnson Reed (Jerry); and several nieces and nephews, especially Tonia Norwood and Sherry “Bug” Spicer-Dudley.



In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Atchley Funeral Home.


The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday, April 12 with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. Rev. David Hodges and Rev. Ed Parton will officiate. A procession will leave Atchley Funeral Home at 12:30 PM Saturday, April 13 for a 1 PM graveside service and interment in Burchfiel Memorial Cemetery.
