Reynold (Rennie) Dee Erwin, 82, of Lynnville, IN passed away on April 3, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on December 17, 1941, to the late Ola and Notre Erwin.
Rennie is survived by his wife of 60 years, Patricia Erwin; children, Eric Erwin & Melissa (John G.) Yager; grandchildren, Erika (Blake) Rademacher, Emily Erwin, Erin (Payton) Thompson, Lauren Jines & Logan Jines; great-grandchildren, Bella, Evie, Connor, Remy; brother, Ronald Erwin; many nieces & nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Erwin; sister, Nancy Vela & nephew, Todd Erwin.
Rennie was a graduate of Lynnville High School 1959. He worked for 40+ years as a United Mine workers at the Lynnville Peabody Mine. He was a proud union member of UMWA 9926 Local for 60 years. Also, a Past Master of the Lynnville Masonic Lodge 396 for 50 years.
Rennie was very proud of his children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren. He loved fishing, gardening but mostly spending time with family.

Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at PEMBERTON -BRADLEY FUNERAL HOME. 301 N. Main St. Lynnville, IN. Visitation from 4 – 8 p.m. on Monday, April 8, 2024 with Masonic Service at 7 p.m. and visitation at 10 a.m. until service time on Tuesday. Interment Lynnville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Lynnville Masonic Lodge 396. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.bradleyscc.com
