Robbie Oran Tadlock, 91, of North Zulch, Texas passed away on April 2, 2024. He was born on February 2, 1933 to Oran Paul Tadlock and Fannie (Vaught) Case in Shiro, Texas. Robbie traveled all over the world as a welder and was able to work in various places. He was also a proud veteran who had served during the Korean War. Robbie was a fan of country music and ran around with some country singing legends in his younger years. He and his late wife, Dorothy, had known each other for five days before getting married, and it grew into a loving marriage of sixty-three years.
Robbie was preceded in death by both of his parents; wife, Dorothy Tadlock; son, Robbie Lee Tadlock; sister, Billie Jean Collins and brother, Tommie Tadlock. He is survived by his sons, Chance Wayne Tadlock of North Zulch, Texas and Vadin Luther Tadlock of Montrose, Colorado; daughters, Aleiza Kelly (Gene) of Woodward, Oklahoma, Lori Maxine Mann (Mike) of Crossett, Arkansas and Roberta (Tadlock) Murphy (Roy) of Midway, Texas; bonus daughter, Bobbie Sue Homer of North Zulch, Texas; brother, Jackie Lee Tadlock of Birmingham, Alabama; ten grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; dog, Aggie; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service for Robbie will be held at 10 A.M., Saturday, April 6, 2024 at Sand Prairie Baptist Church, Normangee, Texas. Bro. Larry Andrews will officiate the service. Interment will follow at Willowhole Cemetery, North Zulch, Texas. A visitation and time of fellowship will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024, from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M., at Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
