December 31, 1939 – March 31, 2024

Salisbury Mills, NY


John "Jack" Clark, Sr. of Salisbury Mills, NY, peacefully passed away at his home on March 31, 2024, at the age of 84.


Born on December 31, 1939, in New York City, NY, John was the son of the late William and Lillian Clark.


Throughout his life, John worked as an Electrician, first at Milich Electric and later at Chrysler. He was also an active member of the Black Rock Fish and Game Club and the Storm King Fireman's Benevolent Association. John had a passion for old cars and enjoyed attending car shows with his son, John.


He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.


John was preceded in death by his beloved wife: Eileen (Milsch) Clark. He is survived by his children: Sherry (Robert) Fratz, John (Jane) Clark Jr., and James (Shannon) Clark; grandchildren: Steven, Raymond, Carly, Brittany, and Madelyn; great-grandchildren: Marshall, Dahlia, and Jesse; and siblings: Billy (Bonnie) Clark, Loretta Catalano, Betty (Ben) Castaline, Jeannie Clark Delarosa, Glady Engleheart, and Joanie Donegan.


Cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory, Middle Hope, NY. A Memorial Celebration will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6th, at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, 519 Blooming Grove Turnpike, New Windsor, NY.


Memorial contributions may be made to Ridgecrest Baptist Church.
