Pawel was born in Lezajsk, Poland and was the beloved son of Urszula (Leniart) Kania, Alfred Kania and brother of Piotr Kania.</p><p>A loving son and brother. Pawel will be remembered for his boundless generosity and unwavering Spirit. He had a selfless heart of gold and a soul that could light up the room, always prioritizing the needs of others over his own. Pawel had a profound love for his homeland, Poland, cherishing its rich history. He loved learning about true world history. Alongside his intellectual pursuits, he found solace and joy in the simple pleasures of fishing and kayaking, connecting with nature.</p><p>Pawel possessed a profound love for art, his mind akin to that of an artist. For him, art was more than just a form of expression; it was a language of the soul. With every stroke of his brush or pencil, Pawel poured his emotions onto the canvas of life, creating beauty where words fell short. Art was not just a passion for him; it was a way of life, a means of connecting with the world around him on a deeper level. Through his art, Pawel left an indelible mark on the hearts of those who had the privilege of experiencing his work, his passion for creativity shining brightly for all to see.</p><p>A beloved son, brother, cousin, nephew and grandson, Paweł is survived by his mother, Urszula (Leniart) Kania; father, Alfred Kania, and his family; his brother, Piotr Kania; and his two grandmothers, Wanda and Grazyna.</p><p>Including; families of Leniart, Kycia, Wikiera, Pitner, along with extended family in Poland and USA.</p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, April 7, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Duksa Family Funeral Homes at Burritt Hill, 332 Burritt St., New Britain. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held directly at Holy Cross Church, New Britain on Monday, April 8 at 10:00 a.m. He will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
