Mary Magdalene Fansler, 83 of Lizton, IN, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017. She was born January 24, 1934 in Bethpage, TN, daughter of the late John Hubert and Willie Mae (Keene) Cline. She was a member of Montclair Christian Church and the Eastern Star of Pittsboro. Mary is survived by her son, Jeff (Karen) Fansler of Midland, TX, daughter, Sharon Fansler of Bloomington, IN, sisters, Lavon Wolski, Cynthia Kreitleine and Gladys Cornett, sister-in-law, Ursula Cline, grandchildren, Emily (Hadley) Adams, Rachel Fansler, and Nathan Fansler, great-grandchildren, Parker Adams and Hunter Poncik and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Paul Fansler and brothers, Donald and Hubert Cline. Graveside services will be held at the Lizton K of P Cemetery, Friday, April 7, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Randy King officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Craig Porter Scholarship Fund, c/o Ivy Tech Community College, 3101 S. Creasy Lane, Lafayette, IN 47905.
