Robert Warren Miller, Jr.

Robert Warren Miller, Jr., 73 of Owasso, Oklahoma passed from this life on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at his residence with family by his side. He was born April 9, 1945 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to the late Robert Warren Miller, Sr. and Nelda Weir Miller. Robert was a lifelong resident of the Tulsa metro area and former President of Miller Equipment and Manufacturing Company before selling the business to GT Industries. He served in the Air National Guard for over 6 years. Robert was a member of the NRA, he was an amateur radio operator and had his private pilots license. He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly Ann Miller of the home; one daughter, Sherry Lynn McPherson and husband Tom of Owasso, Oklahoma; one son, Robert William Miller of Owasso, Oklahoma; one sister, Deborah Ruth Kirtley of Owasso, Oklahoma and two loving granddaughters, Kristen and Danielle McPherson, both of Owasso, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Miller, Sr. and Nelda Miller. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in the Chapel of Dighton-Moore Funeral Service, 116 N. Main Street, Owasso, Oklahoma. Honorary pallbearers will be Robert "Robbie" Miller, Mike Ketrick, Tom McPherson, David Lindley, David Ketrick and Brian Ketrick. Burial will take place immediately following the chapel service at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Owasso, Oklahoma.
