James David Caudill, age 54, of Sassafras, KY, passed away Friday, May 11, 2018, at Hazard Appalachian Reg. Med. Ct. in Hazard, KY. He was born in Whitesburg, KY on July 14, 1963 to J.D. Caudill and Opal Ashley Caudill. Survived by: Sons - Dustin (Jessica) Caudill and Shane (Heather) Caudill Grandchildren - Ian Standafer, Landon Caudill and Hailey Caudill Brothers - J.D. Caudill Jr., Billy Caudill and Matthew Caudill Sister - Pauletta Combs Funeral services for James David Caudill will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Sunday, May 13, 2018 at 1:00PM with Ronald Dean Davidson officiating. Burial will follow at Ashley Cemetery, Amburgey, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Saturday evening from 6PM to 9PM with additional services at 7PM.
