Tommy Joe Clabo Obituary

Tommy Joe Clabo, 71 of Cosby passed away Sunday February 11, 2024. He was retired from the city of Gatlinburg as a heavy equipment operator. Tom was also a member of the Gatlinburg Elks Lodge #1925. He loved to golf, fish, hike, raise a vegetable garden, and spending time with his friends at Little House of Pancakes.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Leon and Iva Lee Clabo; sister, Shirly Jean Proffit, brothers, Rex and Roy Clabo.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Clabo; brothers, John Clabo (Aileen), Marvin Clabo; sister, Rachel Baxter; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Clifford Morris, Johnny and Linda Morris, Harold and Zandra Morris, Bobby and Denise Morris, Yogi Morris and Sandra Donohoo, Graynell and Ray Ball, Brenda and Charles Irby, Johnny and Charlie Morris, Angie and Billy Reeves, David and Devan McKinzie, Jack Goodman; special pet, Elka; goddaughter, Bethany Morris; with a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cancer Foundation or the Sevier County Humane Society.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2 PM Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Rocky Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ray Burkett and Rev. Clifford Ball. Online condolences may be made at
