Glenda Marie Wittemann, 54, of Gibson City passed away Tuesday January 4, 2022 at her home in Gibson City. Visitation will be held 12:00-2:00 pm Thursday January 20, 2022 at Rosenbaum Funeral Home in Gibson City. Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 pm. Masks and social distancing is encouraged. Memorial contributions may be made to the family. Glenda was born August 17, 1967 in Champaign a daughter of John A. and Osiris M. (Estrada) Johnson. She married Fred Wittemann on April 18, 1992 in Tampa, Florida. She is survived by her children Christopher (Patricia) Wittemann of St. Joseph and Amber Wittemann of Gibson City. Her parents John and Osiris Johnson of Gibson City, sister Gloria (Jeremy) Davis of Gibson City, nephew Logan Davis and niece Karson Davis both of Gibson City. She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Glenda was a 1986 graduate of Gibson City High School. She worked for Conair Airlines in Tampa, Florida then moved to New York. She was currently employed at Dennys restaurant in Champaign where she loved her customers that she served and they loved her. Glenda loved watching Lifetime and Hallmark movies she had a beautiful smile that lit up a room and the most kindest and giving heart.
