Funeral Service for Shirley M. Floyd (nee Rehrer), age 91 of Eastlake, will be 11:00 am, Friday, February 16, 2024, at the Jakubs-Waite Funeral Home, 36000 Lakeshore Blvd. Eastlake. Family will receive friends on Thursday from 2:00 until 4:00 and from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Western Reserve Memorial Gardens.

Shirley was born on May 3, 1932, in East McKeesport, PA, to the late Roland and Viola (nee Anderson) Rehrer and she passed away on February 11, 2024.

Shirley liked knitting, crocheting, bingo, ceramics, and camping, but her greatest love was her family.

She worked as a Registered Nurse for the former Lake Hospital Systems within the OB Department.

Shirley is the beloved wife of the late James A. Floyd; loving mother of Brenda L. Collins (Bill), Robin L. Lewis (Chuck), and Holly C. Pastor (Paul); cherished grandmother of Charlie (Susie), Amy, Jake (Amy), Kelly (Graham), Renee, Aidan, and Owen; proud great-grandmother of Adrianna, Hunter, Elijah, Aria, Emery, Rylan, Katherine, Addison, Gabriel and 2 on the way; sister of Ruth, Dolores, Vivian, and Bill (all deceased).
