Thelma Lott Rowe Aiken Obituary

Thelma Lott Rowe

<p>Thelma Lott Rowe was born on August 30, 1936 in Aiken, County, South Carolina to the late George Lott and the late Amanda Page Lott. She was the baby of 8 siblings. She was a caring, loving, strong, warm and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. At an early age, she accepted Christ and joined Old Rosemary Missionary Baptist Church. She believed strongly in her faith. Prior to her failing health, she served s the Vice President of the Willing Workers Club. Thelma was employed with the City of New York Courthouse as a Custodial Supervisor until she retired in 1992. She was joined in holy matrimony to the love of her life, Earl Rowe on October 25, 1960. In 2010, they renewed their wedding vows to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. God allowed them to spend nearly fifty-eight years of wedded bliss together. Thelma truly lived life through the simples pleasures; chatting with family and friends, snacking, and most of all gardening.
