Martin "Marty" M. Hartman (72) of LaPine Oregon passed away on January 17th 2024.
Marty was born January 11th, 1952 in Dallas, Oregon.
He was an avid hunter, fishing enthusiast, veteran and friend to many. Martin served in the Untied States Army during the Vietnam War.
Of all of his careers, he most enjoyed logging in the Oregon Forest from the 1970's to 1990's. His love for the outdoors and nature showed in most things he did. He took pride in teaching his children how to track animals, hunt, fish and make camp.
He is survived by his sister Juanita Pruitt and brother Paul Hartman. He had four children; Janey Rowland, Lynnae Stone, Andrea Garinger and Aimy Barker. He had 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Of all the things he loved in life, he would say that his family was in fact, his most prized accomplishment. Family was the most important thing to him.
Marty will be greatly missed, always loved an never forgotten. His legacy lives on each day with his children, grand children and great grandchildren.
His celebration of life will be at: Kings Valley Charter School.
